About Cygnet Projects LLC
Principal Elizabeth Cairns has over a decade of experience in the behavioral health and substance use field. In 2014, she co-founded The Peter G. Dodge Foundation (PGDF), the only nonprofit foundation in the United States focused on helping people lead lives free from the effects of alcohol addiction. In January 2020, PGDF joined forces with Partnership to End Addiction for a four-year period focused on advancing collaboration in the addiction field through national and community partnerships. Liz continued to serve PGDF from her seat on the Board, and in 2024 returned as Executive Director, reinventing its programming to focus on technical assistance partnerships. Cygnet Projects LLC is the home for projects that aren’t a fit for PGDF’s work but which will extend her impact in fostering a more humane world for people with addiction.
